5 weekly online sessions of 75 minutes each

I designed this course for students learning Italian at a beginner’s level. It is structured in different Units that include the study of the grammar (the use of words, articles, conjugation of verbs), the practice of the language (through different activities of listening, reading and writing) and some knowledge of the Italian culture. I personally create power points slides presentations and handouts, and I get support from printed books as well as online digital resources, like videos, music, audios, games and that can help efficiently with the progress of the learning, meet the students’ interests, and provide some entertainment. Plan for the Course Learn to Speak Italian

5 Sessions (75 minutes each)

Session 1: Greetings, body language, Italian nouns and articles, Italian gestures, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.

Session 2: Italian pronunciation, personal pronouns, auxiliar verbs, numbers, hours, Italian culture, reading, listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.

Session 3: days of the week, regular and irregular Verbs at the present tense, personal introduction, speaking listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.

Session 4: the use of negation, Italian food and meals, ordering breakfast, lunch and dinner, reading a menu, prices, reading, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.

Session 5: adjectives, colors, how to go groceries in Italy, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities, exercises.

Class requirements : minimum of 3 students. Max 20 students
